You may require some basic tools to do the wiring as well. The GPS device is capable to work on a voltage range of 10V to 30V DC power source. Connect the Red wire to the constant voltage source.  Connect the black wire to the body of the vehicle. The Digital Input (Yellow Wire on FMB920) can be connected to Ignition or Door Sensor or Emergency (Panic) Button. These connections should be enough for you to get started with GPS tracking functions.
